These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website and services provided by CUEIT CANADA. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Products & Availability
CUEIT CANADA offers:

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
3. Product Condition (IMPORTANT)
Pre-owned cues are sold as described and as-is.

Detailed descriptions and specifications are provided to the best of our knowledge

Natural wear, minor marks, or variations may be present

Customers are encouraged to review all product details carefully before purchasing
4. Inspection & Responsibility
Inspection and testing are available in Toronto and Vancouver by appointment.
By completing a purchase without inspection, the customer acknowledges acceptance of the item based on provided descriptions and images.
5. Pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without notice.
6. Payment

Orders are processed only after payment is received and confirmed.
7. Payment Terms for Custom Orders
For custom-made cues, a 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of the order, including specifications, design, and model selection.
The deposit amount is calculated based on the applicable exchange rate on the date the deposit is received.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full prior to shipping, once the cue has been completed, measured, and tested.
Import duties, taxes, and delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon collection or delivery. These charges are estimated at approximately CAD $250 but may vary depending on location and applicable regulations.
All custom orders are considered final once the deposit has been received and are non-refundable.
8. Shipping
Shipping is available across British Columbia and Ontario, with selected nationwide shipping within Canada.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier.
9. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of pre-owned items:

All sales are final for used cues unless otherwise stated

Returns are not accepted for change of mind or minor cosmetic variations
If an item arrives significantly different from its description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
10. Limitation of Liability
CUEIT CANADA is not liable for:

Misuse or improper handling of products
