Refund Policy

CUEIT CANADA

1. Overview

 

CUEIT CANADA offers both new and pre-owned (used) snooker cues and accessories. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are subject to the terms outlined below.

 

 

2. Pre-Owned Cues (IMPORTANT)

 

All pre-owned cues are sold as-is and as described.

 

  • Detailed descriptions, specifications, and images are provided to the best of our knowledge

  • Natural wear, minor marks, or variations may be present

  • These are not considered defects

 

👉 All sales of pre-owned cues are final

 

 

3. Inspection & Acceptance

 

  • Customers are encouraged to review all product details carefully before purchase

  • Physical inspection and testing are available in Toronto and Vancouver by appointment

 

By completing a purchase without inspection, the customer acknowledges acceptance of the item’s condition as presented.

 

 

4. New Products

 

For brand new items:

 

  • Returns may be considered only if the item is unused and in original condition

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Approval is subject to inspection

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

 

 

5. Exceptions (If Item is Misrepresented)

 

If an item is significantly different from its description:

 

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos and details

 

We will review the case and may offer:

 

  • Exchange

  • Store credit

  • Partial or full refund (at our discretion)

 

 

6. Shipping Damage

 

If your item is damaged during shipping:

 

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Keep all packaging materials

  • Provide photos for claim support

 

We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

 

 

7. Non-Returnable Items

 

The following are not eligible for return:

 

  • Pre-owned cues (except in cases of misrepresentation)

  • Items with normal wear or minor cosmetic variations

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

 

 

8. Refund Processing

 

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method or store credit.
